1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THEIR VALIDITY PERIOD

These standard conditions are valid for orders made in Latvian or Russian languages in ZENEVA.LV online shop (hereinafter ONLINE SHOP), between the person making the order (hereinafter the BUYER) and JET Ltd. (hereinafter the SELLER). These terms and conditions of the agreement are valid from 01.12.2014.

1.2. DISTANCE AGREEMENT

Distance agreement is an agreement between the consumer (PTAL 1 article, 3 paragraph) and the seller (PTAL 1 article, 5 paragraph) or service provider (PTAL 1. article, 4 paragraph), based on the offer of the seller or service provider through addressed or an unaddressed printed or standard letter, a catalogue, an advertisement published in the press, to which an order coupon, telephone, fax, internet, e-mail, television, radio and other means of sending and relaying information is attached.

1.3. ENTRY OF THE DISTANCE AGREEMENT INTO FORCE

The distance agreement is considered to come into force as soon as the BUYER has made an order using the Internet, telephone or other technological means and has received a confirmation from the SELLER about the order made by him via e-mail. The order and confirmation of the order are considered received when they become available to the parties to whom they are addressed.

1.4. REALISATION TERM OF THE DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The SELLER undertakes to fulfil the terms of the distance agreement no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order from the BUYER, unless a different period has been agreed by the parties. If the SELLER cannot fulfil the agreement due to the absence of the goods ordered by the BUYER , then the SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER about this. In this case, the SELLER may offer the BUYER an equivalent product at an equivalent price.

1.5. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the BUYER has the right to terminate the distance agreement within 14 calendar days and return the purchased product.

The BUYER cannot use the right of return if the ordered product was used by the BUYER .

The BUYER has opened the packaging of the goods.

The BUYER is responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during the term of the right to return.

1.6. RETURN OF GOODS PROCEDURE

When returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase. The BUYER can return the goods that meet the terms of the distance agreement within 14 calendar days. If the BUYER wishes to return the goods that do not comply with the terms of the distance agreement, then in accordance with the rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Nr. 631, the CUSTOMER must complete the Claim Form and provide the returned item as a complete package.

2.1. PRICES

All prices for goods in the ONLINE SHOP are indicated in Euros, including value added tax. The delivery costs of goods to the BUYER are negotiated additionally.

2.2. LANGUAGES

ONLINE SHOP BUYERS have the opportunity to place an order and conclude a distance agreement in Latvian and Russian languages.

2.3. PLACING AN ORDER

The CONSUMER has the opportunity to purchase any product selected in the ONLINE SHOP by ordering it directly via Internet (ZENEVA.LV) or by phone +371 67332842 or by e-mail info@zeneva.lv. To place an order on the Internet, the BUYER has to register (only registered users can place orders via the Internet).

2.4. STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDED AGREEMENTS

The SELLER does not store concluded agreements for the purchase of goods in the ONLINE SHOP.

2.6. TECHNICAL MEANS FOR IDENTIFYING AND CORRECTING DATA ENTERED BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
